Security and Payments
- Encryption.
- The platform runs on 256-bit SSL encryption. Thawte Consulting issues the certificate. Access to your payment data stays limited. The page follows the PCI DSS standard. Staff cannot reach this data directly.
- Withdrawal rule.
- Withdrawals go through the method used for the deposit. Switching to another method is not applied. Transfers between accounts are not allowed. A transfer from a third party is refused.
- Deposit channels.
- Six Havale/IBAN channels are open for deposits. Eight cryptocurrency options are also supported. Card payments are not offered here.
Identity Verification
- Verification right.
- We reserve the right to verify your age and residence. Your actual current location can also be checked. This request can arrive during or after registration.
- Document process.
- Documents are reviewed through the independent provider KYCAID. An ID card, passport, or driver's license is accepted. The process can also continue from a phone.
- Automatic logging.
- Your IP address is logged automatically by the system. Your browser data is stored the same way.
Account Registration
- Age requirement.
- You must be at least 18 to register. The form asks you to confirm this separately.
- Single account rule.
- Each user may open only one account. A second account under the same identity breaks the rule.
- Registration method.
- You can register with a phone number or email. The phone tab defaults to the +90 country code. Your password needs at least 6 characters.
- Consent checkbox.
- Registration stays incomplete without the Offer Agreement checkbox. Login works with phone, email, or account ID.
